Logittude evolves in all of your settings – personal, family, public and the workplace.\u00a0 Of course, the type of work you do will change the Logittude perspectives.\u00a0 Most principles can be applied whether you are self-employed or a cog in a mighty corporate or industrial wheel.\u00a0 You may have different physical environments for your job, but Congratulations!\u00a0 At least you have a job!\u00a0 (For those who don’t, we’ll broach that topic in later installments.)\u00a0 Lesson 1 is this:\u00a0 Appreciate what you have for what it is.\u00a0 To do that, try to assess what you have.\u00a0 What is your job, really?\u00a0 Not everyone does what their were hired to do, primarily because no one makes them follow through.\u00a0 There are supervisors and managers and bosses, but are you fulfilling the full purpose of the task to the best of your abilities and thoroughness?\u00a0 Why?\u00a0 Ruts come from puttering around without progress.\u00a0 You may have routine tasks that can be improved upon with your own improved skills, attitude or practice.\u00a0 When you appreciate what you have for what it can be at its best, then you can get a view of what you\u00a0might want next.\u00a0 Are you at your best?\u00a0 Are you content to continue doing the same thing?\u00a0 Would you\u00a0like to increase responsibility, level of tasks, add new skills?\u00a0 Get beyond your rut with an honest assessment of your present situation and by setting your sights on any improvements on the horizons.\u00a0 You get to decide.<\/p>\n
